Travel Subsidy Policy

Introduction:

Due to the high fuel prices in Pakistan, Parakeet Systems is initiating the “Travel Subsidy Policy '' to facilitate its employees to add some financial relief to high traveling costs. The figures and statistics of this policy may vary from time to time according to the need of the time and the conditions of the company business.

Scope:

This policy applies to all the regular employees of the company.

The eligibility for the company’s travel subsidy policy is given as under

• All female staff is eligible for the travel subsidy policy.
• The male staff of the company would only be eligible for the travel allowances if their traveling distance will be equal to or more than 15 km.
• The Travel allowances will be Rs. 5000 for each eligible employee.
• A travel allowance will be paid at the end of the month in addition to the monthly salary of employees.

Revision of the Travel policy:

The company reserves the right to revise, or modify any or all clauses of this policy depending upon the demand of the business.

Explanation of the Travel policy:

The Corporate HR department will be the sole authority to interpret the content of this policy.
